By placing an order with Loft + Manor you agree that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms and conditions which will apply to all orders placed with Loft + Manor for the sale and supply of any products.

LEAD TIME

All items are individually made to order and may take up to two or three weeks to ship from the date of purchase.  We will contact you in the uncommon event of a backorder.

SHIPPING

Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling.   We provide delivery through UPS.  Upon shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number, and you can track your shipment through www.ups.com or by calling 800.PICK.UPS.  Loft + Manor will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expenses related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise.  We take no responsibility after your order is scanned and taken by UPS.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are generally shipped from our studio within two to three business days upon completion.  Weekends and holidays are not included in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.  Within the continental US, via UPS, your package will have a delivery range of 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.  If you require expedited shipping, please let us know at contact@loftandmanor.com and we will accommodate; additional fees will apply.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon, and PayPal.  Full payment is required at time of order.

Loft + Manor takes the privacy and security of our customers very seriously.  Credit card information is not stored and all payment information is handled over SSL encryption to guarantee your protection.

LOCAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your location.  These charges are at the customer’s own expense.  Please contact your local customs office for information pertaining to exact charges.  

RETURN POLICY

Return your item within 20 days of receipt (unless otherwise noted) in its original packaging and condition.  If you wish to return or exchange an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 20 days of the date of purchase.  Email contact@loftandmanor.com and include your order number, shipment tracking number, and reason for the exchange.  Your RMA number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.  Merchandise sent to us without an RMA number or sent COD will be denied by our studio.  Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original Loft + Manor packing slip for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping.  Please note return on pillows that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee.  Custom and rush orders are non-refundable.  For your security please return your merchandise with an insured courier and retain your receipt.  Loft + Manor is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.
